In our training centre we’ll be glad to show you our products and of course provide all necessary training to your staff. Users can also contact us on our hotline, by e-mail sent via an online form, or directly in our support department.

A way to let us know about your problems is incorporated in every Allegro application. The FAQ button in the toolbar opens the list of frequently asked (and already answered) questions, where you can also send us any question concerning the current task. The consultant processing your question sends the answer to you and also publishes it for the given task so as to make it available to all users.

Our customer service portal represents another way to communicate with us directly. Registration is needed to use the portal because only Allegro customer users can log in. The portal then allows you to specify various needs and requirements, or to report problems with the functionality of the system. You can also search for and view closed cases, use the download centre, or access the problem solution database.
