The Allegro Framework is a universal web platform developed by our company. It is at the core of all our web projects based on cloud computing. The framework provides each solution with a unified environment with numerous features and utilities for application management. It facilitates efficient development of new modules and simplifies their mutual interconnection.
The term cloud computing refers to the provision of services or programs stored on Internet servers. Users can access them via a web browser and, therefore, use them practically anywhere. Access to a shared application and data repository is provided but unlike in the traditional concept, these resources are not administered by users locally but, rather, by the service provider "somewhere in the cloud".
It is a member of the product family based on the Allegro Framework platform. It is an economic information system for small and medium-sized enterprises and accounting companies.
Allegro is an online system running on the Internet just like any other web application. Programs don’t need to be installed: they are shared through our servers, and in order to use them you only need a web browser, Internet connection, and a user account for access.
The system is optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera with JavaScript support turned on.
Yes, we can install the system into your local computer network upon request. The terms and conditions for such a solution are always negotiated individually.

Yes, our customers with an Advanced or Business license are eligible for custom modifications and extensions according to their needs. The actual implementation is always based on a previous analysis, and the cost of modification is calculated with regard to the technical difficulty and the time needed.
The system allows administering an unlimited number of companies with a single user account. A dedicated area with separate data is allocated for each company, and you can switch between their records easily or open them in separate tabs. The license is determined individually according to the customers’ specific needs.
Yes, the system provides a localized user interface, and multiple languages are supported on the data level as well. Therefore, not only the menu and forms are displayed in the selected language but the data is localized accordingly. The number of languages is not limited, supporting a new language is just a matter of translation. On the technical level, adding a language is a single-click operation.
We continue developing Allegro to keep the system in line with our customers’ needs. We’re currently finishing a module for asset registration, and the Production module is constantly extended.
The communication takes place via a secure HTTPS protocol, just like in online banking for example.
No system is 100% secure but measures can be taken to protect your data and adopt trusted security standards employed, for instance, in online banking. This is what we have done in Allegro, and we believe that the system is protected against misuse to the maximum extent.
The servers are located in Dial Telecom’s data centres, and information about their security can be found here.
Yes, the system is backed up daily by Dial Telecom’s data centre, and copies for the last seven days are always retained. If Allegro is installed in a local network, data backup is the customer’s responsibility.
You can simply import data from advance invoices and credit notes, that you previously entered manually, from ISDOC via Allegro File Manager. Loaded documents can also be posted to accounting immediately after saving. With literally one click, you can also create a new register in the Company Adress Book as well.
We have implemented an external system for extracting data from invoice files into Allegro, which we are currently testing. Those interested will be able to try communicating with the WFLOW system.

For customers with an e-shop, it offers effective improvements in the form of the calculation of bonuses and discounts in the supply, if the customer further orders the goods himself via the e-shop. A new module for pricing transport also offers substantial time and calculation savings. Did you know that if you import the carrier's price list into Allegro and make the necessary settings, the program automatically inserts the calculated price for transportation into the document?
