By activating optional license keys, the standard accounting module can be extended to provide more features. The following modules and functions are available:
Banking software interconnection. Allows automated retrieval of bank statements and submission of payment orders.
Keeps track of overdue invoices and suggests sending a payment reminder. The system supports creating reminder templates, and gives an overview of sent reminders by customer or invoice.
Budget creation for individual accounts in the ledger; can also be done for a particular supplier or customer. The system then compares the actual values with the respective budget, and displays the results as an overview in numerical and graphical form.
This will extend all accounting programs with the option to track costs and revenue according to centres.
A module for detailed analytical monitoring when the comparison of costs and revenue in the chart of accounts is not sufficient. This can be used, for example, to track costs associated with company cars, buildings or other units. Tracking by projects or even individual job orders is possible, too.
